Worst experience ever. Told me they would order a part that I needed. Relied on that. They didn't deliver. Now here I am finally in Minnesota to do some fishing. And i'm one part short of being able to fish. I should have went to Gander Mountain. I'm sure they will be happy to have a customer like me that enjoys every outdoor sport there is. Paid $550 for an auger, came damaged, sent me a used one in return. Not being helpful at all!!!
