My husband wanted to order me a jacket but he had never heard of this place so he gave them a call before ordering. The person on the phone was very helpful and even went and got the jacket and put a note on it that we were placing an online order. This was on Saturday. We weren't expecting it to come that quickly, but it showed up on Tuesday. I love my jacket! My husband said he will definitely being doing more shopping here.
Great prices on ice gear, this will be the first place I look from now on before heading on over (on the web) to the much larger competitors!
