I have shopped here since it opened. I've know Russ since he worked as a Dock Boy out at Riverside. Always the best prices for this cheap Scotsman. The amount of donations for so many causes that are close to my heart is amazing. And the advertising on so many of my fishing shows. Called Marine General on Monday April 24 and talked to a woman about placing an order. She couldn't help me but said that the woman that handled that would be in "in about 30 minutes.. 45 minutes later I received a call back and placed an order. I was told that the downriggers that I ordered would be delivered on Thursday or Friday. I received them on Thursday the 27 th. What a great place to do business with. Highly recommended for anyone needing to place an order. GREAT service and GREAT prices. Woody DuBrey.
Never buy anything from here. Was quoted a week for my item to be at my door steps and it's now been a month. I spent nearly $1200 and my item hasn't even shipped yet! They've avoided to call me back multiple times. Sick of it. Never again will i ever shop here.
