RecommendedWe loved living here! The staff is incredibly accommodating, friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you feel at home. The place itself is set between a lake and river, and it was great to get to relax on the balcony and hear the water. A great price for a great place to stay. :)
I loved the location, between the river and the lake, the ducks, the neighbors, the management, the location. I miss it and Wichita!

Best appartments ive lived in since renting. Staff are very kind and accommodating. The quality of the appartments themselves are amazing and my wife and i look foward to staying here for a long time. I can truly call this place home and ive found that impossible with past rentals.
