They communicate directly and clearly, always making sure their patients fully understand what to expect from navigating through confusing insurance process to what's planned for any particular procedures. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for the last 3.5 years. Although I go for dental cleanings every 6 months, Dr. Feir didn’t examine my teeth during my last 3 appointments (all of 2023 and one appointment in 2024). I became concerned with her absence and even more concerned once I saw my insurance was billed for exams during these visits even though I just had a technician clean my teeth. This place is fantastic! From the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor, everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. Even when I had to cancel my new patient appointment at the last minute due to COVID exposure, they were incredibly understanding and even went out of their way to squeeze me back into the schedule same-day. Professional, kind, and friendly - I can’t recommend this office enough! Thank you!
