I called this office just to get the measurement of my contact lenses, I get no cooperation from the staff. Many promises to email me with them and nothing. I tell them I'm gonna go elsewhere and the lady said "fine." They don't care about accommodating a long time loyal customer. I will going elsewhere. I do not recommend this office.

Popped in impromptu to look at their frames. They had a great selection. Karen was very friendly and professional even though I had her unlocking case after case. Also looked up my vision benefits, even though I didn't have my insurance card with me. Nice people. Good place.
Andy, Karen and the staff are excellent. Superb choice of frames and customer service is second to none.
