I really want to single out the hardest working person! Maria is not only persistently working to so completely clean my building (F) but is so nice, friendly and helpful. I’m always amazed at how thoroughly she attends to every corner, nook and cranny of the floors, walls, elevator and windows!! She’s a treasure that I hope Marina Harbor Apartments appreciates and rewards!
How lucky did we get! Her name is MAGGIE ANGULO and she is our GM at Marina Harbor Apartments. She has consistently stepped up to the plate. Whenever we have an issue at our property, she is there for us. She is hands-on and always very effective. She stays with the issue until she gets the correct resolution. She is professional, thoughtful, considerate and a pleasure to communicate with. We have lived here for 40 years and really have a WINNER with MAGGIE.
Noise noise noise! Everywhere! You think at this price you would get "quiet environment" ? Think again! I can hear my neighbors talking through the walls and ceiling. They yell and stomp arounds all day. What did the management do? Nothing! They seem to think the issue is not a big deal and I'm over reacting. My life has been a living hell since I moved here. It's extremely disappointing considering the amenities and the location are great, but it's not worth it in my opinion...
Lived here almost 9 years and have had a whole lot of problems with management. Both units we've lived in were moldy and mold was just covered up every few months with paint. We've been double charged for utilities, which they refuse to refund. We're still waiting for the correct amount of our deposit check to be sent, with no reply from management for 2 weeks now. We were charged for an extra day of rent/utilities/insurance which they haven't replied to us about. The amenities look nice from the outside, but read the lease.... read more
