Management is nonexistent, Katie and Nicole are useless and don’t have a clue how to manage a property. There are constant water problems with boiler issues and leaks, specifically no hot water for 3 straight days in August! The resident services staff is generally lazy, arrogant, and unprofessional. They often don’t answer the phone and are non responsive. They act like they’re doing you a favor when they actually do something. Had a wonderful tour of The Villa & Water’s Edge apartments. Leanne, the leasing specialist, who showed me around the property was exceptional, an angel. She was knowledgeable, sweet, and completely understood my requirements. She emailed the apartment information and application immediately. Based on what I learned about Marina Harbor on my first visit with Leanne, I look forward to making it my new home.
I love the water amenities Marina harbor provides for their residents! I took my furball with me and kayaked for the first time!! Also learned how to drive the Duffy boat.. Thank you Varouj for giving me the courage to get out of my comfort zone and give it a try. Varouj is amazing and sooo helpful. Paddle boarding will be next!! Such a great experience.
Had great experiences renting bikes, kayaks, and pedal boats from them!! Very accommodating and efficient, especially Varouj.
Great time great stay ! The complex is beautiful we were able to use all amenities. Latoya was extremely helpful and welcoming. Favorite place to stay by far.
