The management is terrible, they couldn’t care less about their residents. Security is nonexistent and the front door is wide open to strangers. All of the window and door screens on each floor miraculously disappeared. The gym is filthy and poorly maintained. The elevators often break down. There are constant water issues, they turn off the water frequently. There are constant pipe leaks in the garage.
Varouj and his team are so friendly and helpful! They are super patient in walking you through how to get on and off the kayaks, how to operate the Duffy boat, etc. They are the best!
Besy is one of the management employees who takes care of our building. She is always nice, helpful, and keeps the place looking great!
Hector Hernandez, Sr. Maintenance can fix anything, even if it requires a spaceship.
