I ordered from Marina Floral through DoorDash on Sept 25, 2024 for a surprise gift. The actual photos looked very different from the marketing photo - wilted flows, fewer flowers, more cheap filler, less nice vase. See photo. Ordered flowers for a friends birthday and i it was beautiful and came in a nice vase and a note from me. Great quality for a good price. My friend loved it and it made her so happy. Online order was easy and it was delivered next day in the late afternoon.
Awful customer service, awful customer experience. If you're trying to send anyone flowers CHOOSE ANOTHER SERVICE.
