Oh dear , ever been to a timeshare presentation ? I have but felt the same attack from the closer at this dentistry They made up all this unneeded work so that they could claim as much as possible from insurance and still tried to get me to pay 6K on the spot . “One time deal” that would not happen if I left without paying for all services right thee and then Surely , praying on clients who just give in from fear Despicable ! Started a case against them Please watch out and be good to yourselves

Kelly the front desk lady was so rude!! I called to ask for something she couldn’t do which was understandable but literally responded so disrespectfully and sounded so passive aggressive. Hope she can learn to speak to clients a little more nicer.

Avoid this dental practice at all cost! My teeth weren't the best since I was a kid so I've been to many dentists because I've lived in 3 countries. I'll tell you the reasons why. 1. They submitted the evaluation wrong to my insurance so the tooth that needed urgent work and root canal got denied. Later I appealed it and it got approved. The dentist did not work with me on fixing the issue, did not talk to me about it. Only the passive aggressive receptionist lady did. I requested from her all of my medical record. My husband, Gerry recently had an extraction. I called worried about him getting an infection from a broken tooth. They took him the same day. He had a horrible infection and they provided excellent service. They didn't try to upsell us either. Front office was very friendly. My husband needs a lot of dental work done and I am glad we can depend on this office for their care and commitment to excellent craftsmanship and service.
