Best Toyota Recall Repairs My husband and I love Toyotas and we have two of them. A while back there was a recall for something fairly major and my husband took each car to Marina del Rey Toyota and they did the work without any problem. My Dad has the same model Toyota and he took it to his local Toyota dealership. His Toyota dealership told him that his car didn't need the recall work done to it. We were skeptical, so my husband swapped cars with my Dad for a week. My husband took my Dad's car to Marina Del Rey Toyota and ... read more

Please, please, please don't buy a car here. They are the most dishonest bunch of misogynists out there. Not only was I misquoted on the price of a pre-owned vehicle, the salesperson made rude jokes like, "If she were my wife, I'd.. I'm not allowed to say." I wanted to see their Celica, but was told that the car would be sold as soon as they brought it out on display, so it would be in the warehouse until I was serious about purchasing it. How ridiculous!

Purchased cars twice from them I purchased cars from Marina del Rey Toyota on 2 occasions. both times I felt hassled and manipulated. They are not honest, they are hard sell, one time a manager tried to push me into purchasing a car I had absolutely no interest in. I left in tears when one of the salesmen was more assertive than I was, and said, she is done; she is leaving. I was so frustrated dealing with this dealership and a couple of others that I bought 2 Saturns. While I am not thrilled with the cars, I don't feel I am... read more

watch out! we knew exactly what car we wanted. we called and they told us they had it in stock and could match the price of toyota in santa monica (who did not have the car in stock). when we got to the marina, they showed us all sorts of other cars before they admitted that they did not have the car we wanted in stock.

NO DEALS !!!! If you are blooking to pay less than sticker price on gas saving vehicle, don't shop here. If they don't budge with 800 credit rating, they aren't negotiating with anyone. They play games and never stop calling you. DON'T BUY MDR TOYOTA!!!!!!

Took my Lexus here for minor repair came out with $1000 repair bill I took my Lexus here for repairs. The salespeople said ok, less than $300. I got a call later, your battery needs changing, your engine needs cleaning, your tires look bald, and every other problem you can think of. I left paying for the the repairs but don't trust them and won't be back.,

They are terrible. Bad service. Bad attitude. Manager could care less about the custumer. Don't back up their repairs. Only thinking of how they can gt money from you.
