This was my first time using this company. I do like the convenience of booking online. They communicate their suggestions well. The cleaners were also friendly and arrived on time. I booked 8 hours of deep cleaning. I was hoping to have blinds cleaned, but was informed they wouldn’t have time to complete that within the 8 hour period . We agreed to prioritize kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room floor and walls, and any noticeable dirty surfaces, walls and doors. Overall I’m satisfied with the service. The cleaning company did a good job and most areas were very clean. Although I could still see a little bit of dust on some higher parts of the walls, everything else was acceptable. The cleaners arrived on time and were responsible and professional. Customer service was also very responsive and even allowed me to reschedule once, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Not only was she incredibly lovely and personal, she did an extremely thorough and professional job. She took care of every little detail and left my place spotless.
