Friendly, easy appointments, thorough; will return
I had an appointment which was during my vacation, so I needed to re-book to a more convenient time. When I came to the appointment I had an additional request - a tooth had chipped. Dr. Hailu was efficient, understanding and able to make a temporary repair. Alexis was, as always, thoughtful and helped me schedule the additional appointments around a vacation!!
I was welcomed immediately by the smiling and friendly Alexis, sat only for a moment, and then went right into getting my full exam and cleaning. It was interesting using some of the newer technologies for x-rays and the cleaning itself, but definitely NOT sacrificing comfort or cleanliness! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a full-service experience and am looking forward to my upcoming appts.
During my last visit for teethcleaning, the tech did not polish or floss my teeth, which has always been standard.
