Marina is excellent! She identified issues that needed to be addressed to assist in the sale. Being that we did not live in the area, she would coordinate the necessary repairs. Provided good feedback and constantly evaluated our house verus the current market, and recommended adjustments as necessary. She would go to the house prior to a showing and turn on the lights.
