Marina is an excellent, aggressive realtor. She sold my house in 9 days and was a tough negotiator. She got top dollar from the buyer. Note - prior to hiring Marina , we had another realtor - for 6 months -who was unable to close a deal

Marina exceeded my expectations in all areas! Not only is she very timely, professional, and knowledgeable, she is also one of the nicest ladies I’ve had the pleasure to do business with! If you want to sell your house quickly and get the most for it, hire Marina for the job! She came to us through a corporate relocation program and after interviewing the realtor we met prior to Marina we were pretty sure we wanted to work with him. But then we interviewed Marina! Marina was incredibly patient with us as we were moving from a different state. We thought we knew exactly what we were looking for, however, those preferences changed and Marina was quick to find a new group of homes that fit our criteria. She is very knowledgeable of the area which made it easier to settle on the perfect home for our family's needs and desires. Marina is an extremely hard worker! Once she listed our house, we had 13 showings in 12 days. It sold on day 12! Which happened to be Christmas Eve! She was quick to respond to every phone call, text and email. Marina is the realtor for you if you want results, expertise and someone that is truly on your side as the sellers agent.

First, I'd like to say that Marina came highly recommended by our relocation company. She immediately reached out to me, ascertained our needs, wants and expectations. Working with Marina was absolutely amazing! I feel that she was our protector. She made sure that during the process of buying our first home we were knowledgeable and well informed. I can tell that she really loves what she do and that she cares about her clients and their best interest.
