I have lived here for 5 years and I really love my apartment especially the Lake, I would also love how the office managers always make sure the work orders I place is taken care of,I really appreciate how the maintenance team is always on point for Me, Danzas,Marcus,and Grace are like family,I recommend Lake Marina to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
Really nice place. Marcus Allen was a great help, answered all my questions and made this experience easy for me.
Gracie made the process so easy & less stressful! Made sure that I toured apartments to find the right one for my family, I am so grateful for her!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH GRACE! MY FAMILY HAS FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT SPOT AFTER 6 LONG MONTHS OF LIVING IN EXTENDED STAYS!!! GRACE WAS UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENT!!! SHE COVERED ALL BASIS FROM BEGINNING TO END, ALTHOUGH I FORGOT TO REQUEST A MICROWAVE 😂😂😂EVERYTHING I TOLD HER WE WANTED SHE DELIVERED! WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR UNIT AND LOOK FOWARD TO BUILDING A POSITIVE SHIP HERE AT LAKE MARINA! THANK YOU FOR GIVING US A PLACE TO CALL HOME!!!!
