Grace was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole leasing process smooth. Highly recommend!
My experience with Lake Marina was horrible the property manager was so disrespectful the laundry room was always filthy and when you do move she won't give back any of your deposit back that should be illegal
Just moved in the apartments,, I got a 3 bedroom with 2.5 baths and I love it already. Thanks to Grace she was an amazing help and did everything in her power to get me and my family straight. We asked to have carpet,, a microwave that was already in the apartment,, and somewhere close by the lake and she did exactly that. I thank her so much!!! If yall need any help with finding the right apartment here ask Grace!!
Grace is a wonderful person. Every time I need help. She's always there so she first started. I've been here for like. 11, maybe 12 years. Add to everybody that worked in the office. And her position. She is the best one I ever dealt with. So I hope with this note right here. I hope she continues working in here. And do wonderful things here with the people. And I hope she can climb up the ladder 1 day. And I appreciate her a lot. For everything she do for me and my family. I will rate her 5 stars.
Grace in the leasing office was amazing! She got me moved in quickly and walked me through the whole process with updates every time. Grace also checked in after move in to ask if anything needed fixed and if we needed anything. She still continues to answer any questions in a reasonable time. I highly recommend her, she’s awesome!
