It is indeed a considerable pest problem, and I would recommend refraining from applying in this situation. Having been a tenant here for several years, I have observed a decline since the new management took over. Their attention seems to be directed more towards the exterior of the property rather than addressing issues within the apartments. I want to apply here but so scared. I’ve moved from downtown Chicago to Indianapolis. Thus far I’m in my second rental with a pest issue and having to literally get rid of everything again which is saddening and stressful. Does this place have any rodent or pest issues someone please respond I don’t want to have to go through it again. It’s so expensive having to get rid of TVs sofas beds clothing I can’t do it again.
