Probably the most disorganized group of people I have ever interacted with. Every time I have needed to visit each person seems so confused as to why I am in front of them, with an appointment and yet another problem with my "luxury" Jaguar. Never been helped within 10 minutes of my appointment time, never been treated like I am a person worth helping, never gone more than 3 weeks without an issue with my car. The service department is slow and inconsiderate. The customer is supposed to know to book a car ahead of time. The person booking your appointment never lets you know a reservation is necessaey. Furthermore after waiting 3.5 hours for my service they did not even have the tail light in stock, that i asked to have fixed when i made the appointment. Wtf. Lori in the service department is a rock star, she took care of me on Christmas weekend getting the car looked at and fixed first thing in the morning so I could be on my way. Much appreciated 👍🏻
I spent 3 hours waiting for diagnostics on an error message. They did a complementary inspection and found more problems. I appreciate the review but they could've warned me. Even though they knew what I was coming in for, they did not have the module in stock. Now I'm not receiving calls back about ordering the module and scheduling the service.... not exactly happy with them right now.
