I thought it was a pretty cool. All the staff were so helpful. My daugbter-in-law child in 8am for delivery of twins. The dr induced the labor, which took awhile. So during the course of the day, the nurses were so nice. And they were right there keeping a eye on Katie, making sure she was ok & comfortable. Moving on to delivery time... They took Katie into delivery & after a cple of hrs they had mom, dad & babies in a room. They were showing them "how to's" for the twins. The nurses were on top of everything. Had a great experience. Very well taken care of before and after my surgery.
Received phone calls from a different department the day before surgery. Each person was kind, thorough and asked if I had any questions our concerns. The day of surgery, again, every person in the surgery center was extremely kind. They made me fell at ease and relieved and nervousness I had.

Joint replacement class was very helpful for my wife and I in helping us to know what to expect and how to prepare.
Got to the ER early Tuesday morning and the second we walked in the staff took control and though I was terrified for the health of my husband, made me feel safe and secure. They worked together as a team and came up with a solution to the problem which meant surgery. The day after the Surgery, one of the ER doctors came up to check on us.
