I called in today expecting to get my problem resolved. I was put on a back burner and told I would get a call back from a service personnel, i never got a call back from anyone. My vehicle is under their warranty and broke down after 7,000 miles I am very unhappy and hoping to get this resolved.

I just bought my used car there this past Sunday. At first I would have only give them possibly two stars. I returned there yesterday to get the car cleaned, get a second key fob, and some extra things that they weren't able to get to on Sunday. The manager Jeremy made my whole experience from Sunday being two stars, to yesterday being five stars he made it all better and the service department is just as excellent they are so sweet in there. Just bought my third car from Marin County Ford! Love my new Explorer!!!!! Lacey made the purchase easy and fun!!! Everyone there was helpful and I was pleased at how quickly the whole transaction took. Not only did I get a new car but I got a brand new big screen TV! Awesome customer service! Go check them out!
Great place to buy a car. Sure they play the back and forth game but I ended up very happy! I have to mention Eric Ellis really goes above and beyond with customer service! He wasn't my salesman but did so much to help me - even after my purchase, which can be rare!
My son JAZ and his Dad had a great time buying JAZ's 2013 Chevy Volt - they were in and out in 2 hours driving home in the 'new' car. Runs like a top, great gas mileage, love that new car smell - hugs the road - great ride!!!
Greg Stirnaman is an amazing guy! I've known him both personally and professionally for better than 20 years and I can tell you that there is no one in CA I'd rather buy a Ford from!
