Always willing to be a good advisor for realistate
My mom is purchasing a house with this realtor and it advertised to include All contents in house. The owner requested pictures on the wall out of the house, which is fine but a couple days after paperwork started and a big down payment was placed the owners family came and removed pretty much anything that wasn’t big furniture. This would have been perfect for my mom because she lost her house and most contents in the Tornado in sulphur.
