This place is not the place to take your car. Josh has extremely poor customer service skills. People came in and showed me receipts that their vehicle has been here 7 months or more. Some customers were calling the police to assist in getting their vehicle back. Josh is a very offending person. I highly recommend never bringing your vehicle in..

Don’t bring your cars here I only need shocks work (4) even i provided the shocks. They told me shocks was ready when i show up without notify. Need also a new drive shaft install there been telling me there was waiting for the part and should arrive on tuesday 1/11/22 when i went to check my truck of course wasnt finish they told they didnt have time for go and pick up. My car has been at MR.TRANSMISSION since August 21,2020 and today is March 5 2021. My bill has been payed in full since November 2020, and I have yet to get my car. Alan Polson apparently owns the shop with his wife Tracy. Under New Management: Overall, I think this is a good shop. They are backed up a bit but are working hard to fix that. Since the work they performed on my car was quality AND they fixed a shaking issue that 2 other mechanics could not resolve, I am very pleased. They provided quality work at an affordable price. I am hopeful that they will be able to rewrite what the previous owners did. Update: in the end the car ended up having issues that only started after this shop touched it. Was told it would like around 5 days to get my car back after a transmission rebuild... they took a little over a month and kept pushing the date repeatedly when I was able to get a hold of them finally. They made me pay half before getting my car back (I was not made aware that this was their policy), which was fine, but I wasn't told about the 4% tax for paying with card (added $40 onto my deposit).
