I have a problem with my window. 4 Star : Repair Quality I have noticed the window rattles now and it never did before the incident. 2.5 Star : Customer Service I filled out the information when I arrived with my car and the receptionist promptly lost it so I had to fill it out again. When I picked up my car, no one met with me to go over the repairs. They just handed me the keys.
