5 Star : My Experience My car looked great when I picked it up, all mended and clean. If I had any constructive criticism it would be to communicate more frequently to be sure the owner knows how the process is going and confirming when they will have their car back. It's stressful not having transportation. I found the e-mails I received to be very helpful. Belinda
