0 Star : My Experience Had to take car back in on same day for an alignment. Asked about the steering prior to leaving and was told it was fine.
1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality The grill that i was given on my bumper was aftermarket and is peeling. The staff was nice and admitted the issue after I pointed it out. however the invoice shows the price point of a regular Toyota grill. Also apparently the clips were not put on the compartments under the car because there are some pieces hanging....visibly 3.5 Star : Customer Service Good except the call backs were lacking. When I would call they were very kind.... but I had to call.
