1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality The grill that i was given on my bumper was aftermarket and is peeling. The staff was nice and admitted the issue after I pointed it out. however the invoice shows the price point of a regular Toyota grill. Also apparently the clips were not put on the compartments under the car because there are some pieces hanging....visibly 3.5 Star : Customer Service Good except the call backs were lacking. When I would call they were very kind.... but I had to call.

No one ever called to update me on the status of the car. The rental car company kept calling me asking me when I am returning the rental car. How could I answer them since no one was following up with me. Secondly Allstate says the extra part that had to be ordered came in on March 1st and I didn’t get my car until April 1st.
