Service - poor scheduling. Takes months for smalll issues.
I've taken my 2010 Volkswagen CC to Marietta Sportscar & Cycle for oil changes a few times and repairs. Danny and the service technicians are fantastic. Personable, honest and fair folks who work here. I highly recommend them as an alternative to large dealership repair facilities.
Fantastic service, very welcoming staff who were great to talk to any very helpful. They gave us a great trade in deal for our old car and were very helpful getting me set up with my new car. They also cleaned it up very well while we were filling out paper work and put a full tank of gas in it for me to drive off with. They have a small mom and pop feel to the store and are very laid back and friendly service. Awesome! Couldn't have been better! It was per chance that we even found the car we did but we are so glad we did. When you're looking for a used car for a kid in college and the budget is small, there are not a lot of choices. We found a great car and David - our salesman - was fantastic. He was laid back but professional, courteous, and a complete 180 from what we had been dealing with all day. Wade was very personable and we had a nice chat while paperwork was being completed. I wish to thank the guys in the cycle department. I purchased a used Moto Guzzi that would seem older(2003) but had very low mileage on it. I had to come from Chicago to pick it up and they let a friend check it out and then held onto it until I got there. Once I had it home , I had a few questions which they helped out where possible and gave me some referrals. The also sent me a PDF file with the users manual (very helpful). Nice clean place, good showroom, friendly staff.
Robert and David we're great to work with. You could see that Robert loved his job and you could tell by his professionalism to every detail.
