The actual process of getting a car @ Marietta Auto Sales was pretty straightforward. I went to the location with no appointment and was assisted by a gentleman named Roger. We found a car I liked, test drove it, and completed the application at his desk. My credit is horrible right now, but I was able to get a loan and plan to refinance in a few months. Do not purchase a vechicle ON LINE from this company. Probably not at the dealershipe either. They will assure that the vehicle has been inspected and found to be in excellent condition. Don't believe it. They will tell you what ever it takes to sale a car. There cars are sold AS IS no matter what you are told. I have spent over $1700 so far just to get it road ready. I was told that once it leaves the lot it's my problem. Buyer beware!!
Bought car here with extended warranty. Did not get jnspectikn. Big mistake. Vehicle needed transmission, radiator and torque converter. Warranty made us take to Marietta auto for service. They were terrible. Never returned calls and made out lives a living hell just to get info our car. Took 2 weeks to do diagnostics! Car still has probs after we had to take it back a second time; it broke down on highway on way home. Had car 7 weeks and still it has same vibration and humming it did when we dropped it off.
