I asked for psychiatric evaluation/diagnostic, she agreed, and then instead prescribed me medication after a 12 minute appointment. She is Incredibly hard to get ahold of, and licensure is sketchy; walmart pharmacy would not fill a prescription from her, and she did not respond to my attempts to contact her about it. Just generally not the most pleased with her service.
I cancelled my appointment with her on Zocdoc well over 24 hours in advance. She repeatedly tried to charge me despite never actually seeing me and did not respond to any of the support team trying to contact her about the charge.
