She was very sweet and attentive. She made my son feel very safe, especially since he had a fever of 101 F. She gave us time to ask questions and didn’t make us feel foolish as first time parents. She was honest with her responses and verified them when she wasn’t sure.
Wonderful bedside manner and warm demeanor. Front office staff were extremely polite and efficient too!
