I had a undercooked burger and fries on Saturday but the waitress was great so i decided to try again Sunday. I can't believe that you can burn cheese sticks and chicken fingers and call yourself a cook! I ordered a fish sandwich and I have eaten sunfish thicker than that I was not happy at all we couldn't even eat the chicken but the server asked if we wanted the cheese sticks replaced well of course we do why not ask about the black chicken fingers? I am very sorry you had even 1 bad experiences at my restaurant . I wish it would have come to my attention at the time. I would not have charged you for something that you were not pleased with , also I could have gone to the cook so I could have corrected and asked why something,anything would have gone out burnt....there is no reason that would ever be acceptable ....
