I try to eat and review one Mexican food joint each week. Never been to Maria’s and had to navigate construction and backlot parking. Not pretty on the outside but vibrantly, colorfully appointed on the inside. Casual authentic Mexican cuisine. Today, I ate the best Mexican breakfast I’ve had in Amarillo. I got the migas rancheros with refried beans, potatoes and homemade flour tortillas. This is my favorite place to get menudo. I have tried menudo in many Mexican restaurants in Amarillo and Marias cocina is my #1 spot.
Menudo was nothing but corn with salty water I don't recommend this place to eat
