I don't understand the point of setting up an appointment if your time can't be managed appropriately. I called in to get an appointment scheduled for 3pm. I was asked if I could instead change the time to 7pm due to the volume of customers at the time, which although inconvenient I agreed to so my session would not be rushed. I arrive at 7pm and someone is already getting serviced, 30 minutes later with no end in sight I just left. Poor business model.

Maria's is an incredibly relaxing salon. Maria is very friendly and caring. I was very impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere that Maria has created. She is an excellent stylist and is very quick.
