Dr. Freudzon is professional, friendly, kind, efficient, and easy to chat with. I’m new to Kaiser and to the healthcare system in the area, and she made the transition much easier for me. What else could you want!! I’m grateful to be able to continue my dermatology treatment here with her.
My recent experience was that Doctor Marianna Freudzon MD did not respond to my request for a refill on my medication. I called and emailed her and no response. I expressed my pain of a flare up of my psoriasis. I've suffered pain, discomfort and disappointment from no response on my request for a refill. The request is simple and shouldn't have been so difficult to complete. I had to complain to the pharmacy and have them help me get my refill completed. Very confusing directions and numbers on the site, they only accept patients with Kaiser Permanente inc.... whaattt
Dr. Marianna is an excellent doctor. I just saw her for the first time and had a great visit. She took the time to listen, asked necessary questions, and allowed me enough time to state my concerns and ask questions. She will be my go-to dermatologist from now on.
