Believe the bad reviews! Unfortunately this company does not follow through. They (Chris)will waste your time coming to your property for an estimate then send you an estimate then ignore you!! 😉. If you don't want the job then just say so.

I am very disappointed with Mariani & Richards. They came to my home to provide an estimate, reviewed the job, shared information about their company, and collected my contact details, which led me to believe an estimate would be provided. After three weeks and three follow-up phone calls, I received nothing. If they were unable or unwilling to take on the job, I would have appreciated being informed upfront rather than having my time wasted.

I called for an estimate. The estimator arrived on time. I had to follow up with them to receive the estimate after 2 weeks because he said he would have it in a day or 2. I was patient no problem. Once I received the estimate, I decided to move forward with them, needing only a few questions answered. The estimator does not return phone calls at all. very dissatisfied and upset that my time was also wasted.
