Robert Mariani is a personable and bad ass real estate sales guy. I had a property that had high HOA fees and it was old. Even with newer HVAC system, a major home feature, and fairly new appliances, new roof, and new paint, the property was going to be a tough sell in a moderately high interest rate period. We worked with Robert to purchase our home in SLO. I couldn't have hoped for a better agent to deal with. Extremely competent, caring and always has his client's best interests at heart. If and when we sell our home, there is nobody else we'd consider hiring in order to complete the sale. He's simply the best agent I've ever dealt with in my life. Actually, I think he's the world's greatest RE Agent (in my book). If you need a RE Agent, look no further! Bravo Robert! AAAA++++!!!!

I worked with Rob to purchase our dream home on the Central Coast of CA. He was more than willing to show me around, explain the different locations and cities that encompass the Central Coast.
