Worst dining experience in 24 years. Waited for over an hour for sandwiches. Table next to us waited 2 hours for food. Table on other side waited over an hour. When food did arrive half of it was missing and the half that did show up was cold. Out of mashed potatoes? Items missing from the menu descriptions. One $13 dollar sandwich had less meat than an Arbys roast beef. Four very unhappy people. My check total for two still came up $19. Houchens-Hitcents was an epic failure.
