Best doctor i have had she really cares about her patient
I've changed my review from 5 to 1 star. Since a change in her nurse taffy a couple of years ago, Dr. Cumagun has changed from a physician who responded immediately to one who never responds. I hand-delivered a list of questions and report on an imaging test she couldn't find on the first Friday in May. Here we are 3 weeks into June and she still hasn't responded. Dr. Maria Cumagun, is a very unprofessional Doctor, I Filed a former complaint against her for not calling in my Medication— When you call the on-call line , she never returned calls— I also made a Form a complaint against her to my health insurance. I went without my medicine and it was covered up. The should be made a complaint made against her to the board that give out licenses.
Dr. Cumagun is a compassionate, caring and professional internist. She has provided excellent service to my mother and myself. She is truly what healthcare needs- someone who truly cares about patient well being.
