“Dara is a miracle worker” is how I would describe our REMAX agent. Our condo hit a bad bump in the road due to our prior realtor (I won’t mention her name) not following thru with underwriting then lying about the situation which caused the deal to tank a week before close). We quickly pivoted to REMAX and Dara set us on the path for success. She was clear, concise, honest and held our heads above the water to navigate thru a rough situation. Our agent Tonya was with us all the way showing humility and patience throughout enabelling us to be satisfied with our product
I asked if they would be able to show me one of their listings. They demanded I sign a buyer agent agreement which stated that I'd have to pay them 3% of the purchase price! These people are crazy to demand 3% fee for showing a condo once. The buyer agent agreement was only for one day and applicable to only the property I was interested. Of course, I did not sign it.
