I had a disappointing experience with this realtor. My husband and I were interested in viewing two apartments and reached out to schedule a tour. The times I suggested didn't work for her but she said she would check with the super and get back to me. I never received a confirmation, but on the day of the viewing, she indicated that the superintendent was available.
