I recently visited for a routine cleaning and am so grateful for the attentive care I received. The dental assistant noticed my gums were bleeding more than they should and recommended I start using an interdental brush alongside flossing. I had to post a review since I saw a few negative ones. Can't be the same Dr Hayes in Pittsburgh for those bad reviews. The bad reviews dont even seem possible based off the Dr Hayes I know and her staff. Do not hesitate to visit this office for dental services. I have been going to Dr Hayes for several years. Dr.Hayes was very professional and attentive to my situation and was very informative and helpful
Unfortunately, I will not be back. This dentist's bedside manner is horrible. The very first time I went to her, she was quiet and standoffish. I thought maybe that was just her personality and to give her some grace. Well the next time I had to go in for and emergency, she was just as off- putting.
