Unfortunately, I will not be back. This dentist's bedside manner is horrible. The very first time I went to her, she was quiet and standoffish. I thought maybe that was just her personality and to give her some grace. Well the next time I had to go in for and emergency, she was just as off- putting. I was looking for a dentist who doesn’t say you need stuff you really don’t need and has good bed/chair side manners. First appointment with Maria Hays and it was excellent. She’s gentle, explains along the way & no rushing. Patrick her assistant very nice and have gentle hands for a man. The front desk receptionist Tori was nice as well.

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. Every single person I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your time going here. Dr. Hayes is extremely demeaning and simply mean. There are much better dental options elsewhere throughout the Pittsburgh region.
