I never waited more than a few minutes to see the doctor. Their staff is so friendly. It’s unbelievable they’ve helped me so much with different situations. I just can’t believe there are people on this planet that would say something bad about this office and their staff.
Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome medical care. Dr. Maria Clemente takes her time answering all my questions. Dr. Maria Clemente does not follow the 15 minute rule which tells me her patients come first.
By far one of the best drs around.. not only does she have a fabulous bedside manor but she takes her times and explains everything to you. Not to mention she treats you as a whole. As an RN I am always impressed with her dedication to your care and knowledge. She truly takes the holistic care to another level. All health care providers should learn from her. (Yes you often wait but she is worth it)
Dr. Clemente is a very dedicated and compassionate doctor. Maybe someone needed more time with her the day of your visit. Maybe someday, you will be the one who needs more time with her. Would you rather have a doctor who rushes you out so he/she can squeeze in more patients? If so, find another doctor. Good luck.
She gave me a very thorough exam, AFTER WAITING THREE HOURS TO SEE HER! I'm changing doctors.
Excellent doctor but needs to do an office audit on scheduling. Waiting almost 2 hours to she her is totally unacceptable. Happened on more than one occasion. If I treated my customers in a similar manner, I would not have a business. Dr. C, you are too good to let wait time give your talents a negative image.
NOT a nice experience! I confirmed they accept my insurance prior to my appointment, however office Failed to tell me while making my appointment that Dr. Clemente charges $50 (reduced cost, of course!) for something called a Refraction Fee, just in case your insurance doesn't cover that part of the exam! Went to my car called my insurance company to clarify that I am covered - still wouldn't see me without paying the $50 up front. Wasted an hour of my time in that office.! Bye...Bye!
Always late. Last appt. was 1 hr. 20 mins. before I saw the doctor (and didn't have dilation). Also, very in with the drug companies and pushes meds.
