While scheduling our daughter's surgery was a bit challenging, Dr. Buniel herself was amazing. Our daughter had her adenoids removed again and a turbinectomy to improve her ability to breath through her nose. Her recovery was a night and day difference from the previous tonsil and adenoid surgery in a different state. My experience never got off the ground here. I called them 3 times in over 5 business days only to get an answering machine. Their answering machine states they will get back with you usually within 24 hours. 1st call 1-24-2023. No return phone call to this day! If that's all the better they can do to return a phone call, a very simple task, how on earth can they be capable of handling any kind of service in the way of my health?
