I had an extremely disappointing experience with this doctor's office (Davie location). My elderly mother was denied care due to a change in her primary doctor, even though her insurance confirmed they could provide a reference number on the spot to ensure she was seen. The receptionist, who was rude and unprofessional, raised her voice at me when I simply asked her to speak calmly. It is absolutely impossible to get in contact with anybody in the office to make an appointment! It took me 6 months to finally get a correct phone number for the office and get an appointment. My insurance rep couldn't even get a hold of anybody. The phone system they use drops calls or nobody answers the phone if the call happens to go through. Excellent doctor.
It’s the best doctor I ever had. I have multiple conditions related to dermatology and arthritis and after Dr. Dempaire treatment started, my health is improving. I live more than one hour away but I don’t change the quality of the services and doctor’s knowledge.
