I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at this facility for my son! I tried to not go into this experienced based on the reviews but I am afriad we have experienced this first hand. I have only been here for a little over a month and I am STILL waiting for Dr. Valena to communicate with insurance. They want to put blame on insurance BUT this time all of this has been in their hands for 5 weeks! Good therapists and nurse practitioner. Dr. Parker really helped me. Nurse Deena helped me get on the right med regimen. However I had a high balance and was under the impression that I was in a payment plan. I was fired from my job recently and lost my insurance, they expected me to pay $1300 in full which is impossible since I was fired and had no savings. Money hungry and doesn’t care about patients at all. Go anywhere else.
I’ve been struggling with mental health pretty much my whole life. I’ve been diagnosed as bipolar 1 in 2015. And didn’t really take it serious until 2020. This year, 2024 I got a new job and new insurance so I was searching for somewhere with therapy and a psychiatrist. I was close to being hypomanic but NP Deena helped me to stay stable and even researched pharmacies that would have the cheapest meds because I struggle financially.
