After reading most of Dr. Meier's reviews, I think he was having an off-day today. But manners still do matter. In short, this morning he was running an hour late. When I asked his assistant why, she said that they had a few complicated cases this morning. Totally understandable. When I saw Dr. Meier; I asked why I was being seen one hour late. This review is not for Dr. Nerad, although it's puzzling that he at least allows the ineptitude by the staff. My initial consultation with Dr. Nerad was fine, he is charming and knowledgeable, and answered my questions. The problem arose when dealing with his scheduling secretary. I took nearly three entire business days to receive a call back. Then the forms she promised me were never mailed. I eventually called and spoke to someone else who promised she'd mail them. Nope! Dr. Hater possess every quality that produces a skillful, likable physician. He displays knowledge in areas of his expertise while possessing the ability to share that information in a way that is understandable to the patient. In every way, he is the type of doctor that students should strive to emulate, not only for his knowledge but for his ability to be focused as he goes the “extra mile” for his patients. After testing at each visit he explains the options and likely results well. The final decision is the patients without any forceful comments by him to get a patient to go his way. His personality is quite pleasant. Looking forward to the adoption of Faricimab.
My mom went to dr Hudak in July 2022 for left eye tear duct surgery and he is awesome. My mom eye is perfect now no more tears. Our family wanted to say thank you for being the best dr. We do recommend dr. Hudak to all patients. Happy Holidays
Dr. Nordlund has been great to work with. I can see much better now than I could before. The doctor and his nurses and assistants have treated me very well and have been able to answer all of my questions. The only problems I've had are related to communication with the facility and administrative staff.
He has really helped me with a very complicated issue as a result of an acoustic neuroma removal
