I can't say enough good things about Dr. Tse. He is an outstanding allergist who is not only incredibly responsive but also remarkably efficient and thorough. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and his detailed approach to my allergies was truly impressive. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of top-notch care

Bad bedside manner and doesn't seem to care about her patients.
Dr. Tse is one of the best doctors at Kaiser. He cares about his patients and listens to my concerns. He provides excellent care.

Dr. Tse is by far my favorite doctor of all of the specialists I see on a regular basis. He's intelligent, compassionate, and responsive to patient needs and questions. I have multiple autoimmune disorders and have seen many doctors throughout my life - Dr. Tse is easily at the top of the list. I trust his clinical judgment and he's my "go to" doctor when I have complex questions about my immune system disorders. He's even gone so far as to respond to my emails while he's on vacation!
I have had two open heart surgeries done by Dr. Kallin at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He was absolutely amazing. He explained our options in great detail and provided the pros and cons for each of them. He made my family and I feel extremely confident of his skill and expertise. He checked up on me multiple times during my recovery in CTICU, which meant so much. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing Cardiothoracic surgery.
An amazingly bright doctor who is kind and compassionate. He really cares. He doesn’t rush and he has worked well with all of my rare conditions. I’d recommended him to anyone. He goes above and beyond to answer questions, he draws things out to make sure you understand. He gets back to messages quickly.
Over the past six years I had literally seen almost every specialist gastroenterologist, allergist, dermatologist, psychologis,nutritionist, chiropractors,Chinese medicine, I literally have seen over 100 doctors and none have been able to help me.. except Dr. Tse! He suspected I have something called MCAS. He's Very knowledgeable about Allergies and other immune conditions, he knew which test order, I am now being treated for MCAS, I highly recommend him!
