Every time I need a medication refill they say I need to come in for a follow up appointment. I told the nurse that I have been taking this medication for 12 years now, and she wouldn't budge. I just went in a month ago for another medication. It's ridiculous. I am going to find a new doctor.

Got put on hold for 30 minutes and than got rejected as a new client, even though I was in there system. Super frustrating and disappointing, doesn’t seem like a place of care.
