Trying to get a follow up appointment after my brother was in the hospital. We called 4 times over the span of a week, left messages, filled out their website form asking for help and a call back. The office phone says 'use the internet' many times to make an appointment. My brother does not have internet and cannot use the internet. We called asking for help in making the appointment and no one ever returned our calls.
No doctor or office is perfect, but this is the most unorganized, incompetent practice I have ever encountered. They routinely forgot to order tests, rescheduled appointments at the last minute, and never followed up when they said they would. The phone is never answered for existing patients, and calls are rarely returned. After several weeks of trying to learn test results I gave up and found a new doctor.
Professionally personable in “bedside” manner, explains problem succinctly and needed treatment. I travel over an hour from my home to have Dr Johnston treat me. I just don’t have confidence a closer dr would take care of me like Dr. Johnston.

Seemed to forget about me, my symptoms, and tests she had ordered. No follow through on many items. Poor communication to say the least. Kept pushing me toward a test (at a company tied to hers) that would cost me thousands of dollars, despite science contradicting it. Insurance denied it twice. This went on for several months while my symptoms persisted.

Dr, Johnston is very open and friendly; she has great bedside manner. She was very thorough her explanation of my condition. She has a plan for moving ahead,
Dr. Johnston is AWESOME! She is extremely knowledgeable and warm! She makes each patient feel that they are the most important one! She takes the time to explain options for treatment and makes the patient part of the decision-making team with her. Great “bedside” manner! You will love her!
Had an appointment, never heard back on test results or any contact repeated attempts to contact office were all ignored.
