Dr treated me like she was a robot, not a drop of empathy or caring.
She was wonderful! Very friendly and explained the cause and treatment for my problem to me in detail, taking time to answer any questions I had. Great personality. I would definitely recommend her. And I am impressed that she has achieved status as not only a general surgeon, but a plastic surgeon and hand surgeon. The office staff was also very friendly and courteous.
Spends almost no time with patient. Surgery made my problem worse. She washed her hands of it. Almost laughed at the cosmetic surgery part I just read.
I wouldn't comment on doctor. My appt was with her but got a nurse practitioner. It was made with the doctor. The call that verified me being there was with doctor when they called to ask me would I be the to see her, I think that is decieving.because I wouldn't have drove over 200 mile I would have stayed home, but never seen a doctor. I can understand a emergence, but their was none.
This is a serious, professional clinic with one of the top trained surgeons in the state (board certified in 3 surgical specialties). If you have an issue that needs repair so you can work or get your child back to school/sports - this is where to go. If you are seeking extended time off work due to "numbness" or weeks of pain pills following stitches - you are going to be disappointed. Dr. N fixed my workplace injury and I did not have pain or a scar after. Highly recommend.
In my opinion, I'm puzzled why this doctor went into medicine as she seems to have a disdain and dislike for her patients. She seems to only want to treat certain maladies, while claiming not to be able to treat others. She appears robotic and I did not detect a drop of warmth or compassion in her. I cannot speak to her clinical skills, and I will never know because I would never return to her office, nor would I recommend her to anyone. This is my opinion.
I tried making an appt. but her receptionist was so incredibly rude and sarcastic I told her to just forget about it. from the reviews I've read the DR. is the same way.
Dr. Napolitano took care of my son beautifully and I would recommend her without any reservation. She is phenomenal!
Dr. Margaret Napolitano is amazing!!! First Surgery was June 2017 for Carpal Tunnel. Second one January 2018. My hands were very bad is what I was told . I also have RSDS/ CRPS so she started me on 1000 mg of vitamin C a day. Amazing results , recommend her highly.
