Negligent and very irresponsible. My son needed dental work and was scheduled to be seen under anesthesia. She never called or left a voice mail to advise us that he needed a physical beforehand (something she should know when scheduling these sorts of appointments). I understand if we didnt pick up on first ring but we called back and they failed to notify us of this physical. its your responsibility as a health provider to ensure the safety and necessary precautions are taken prior.
