You guys have the worst er doctor no demand, dr stegman your receptionist are the most ruthless humans and some of your er nurses are just as bad. When will you ever fix your staff? This is disgusting that you guys allow this type of behavior

Get someone in the business department who knows how to file a claim....the right way. Have tried to get them to file something under the right name for MONTHS...or even just file the bill with insurance. Finally, just paid the bill..they won. VERY bitter about the whole thing. Wish there was a hospital, a real hospital in the community with people who cared about doing their job correctly. I delivered our son October 24 emergency c section...All I can say is I wouldn't have wanted to do it anywhere else or with anyone else! My Dr. Dr.Thomas Brown was the very Best and all the nurses on the OB unit took care of me and my son like we were family! We ended up choosing Dr. Wang for our son do to her kindness and caring heart towards him and my husband after delivery! The whole experience was awesome! the take in nurse complained about paper work because I had 3 kids and the doctor treated my kids awful because I didn't take them to doctor office in the morning my sons fever was out of control at home the doctor was very disrespectful I Will not come here again i had to explain to my children that it wasn't their fault the doctor treated them like that they are 6 and 7
